What is Emotion Code?Emotion Code is a powerful and simple way of removing unseen and potentially harmful emotional baggage. Everyone has trapped emotions because we all have had difficulties in life or have absorbed or inherited negative energies from others. Emotion Code identifies specific trapped emotions through muscle testing and then permanently removes them.

How will it serve you?The Emotion Code is a gentle and easy process that allows us to get to the root of our emotional and mental struggles. Our "stuckness". Releasing trapped emotions creates physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, well-being and greater joy. As you and I access our deep intuitive knowing, it assists you in your journey of self-discovery, freeing you to be the best version of yourself.

What to expect in a session?We will meet on a video Zoom call for your session. I will describe the process and answer any questions. Through a series of questions, each emotion is identified and released from your body. Each session is about 30 minutes. You will also receive a personal follow up email with additional suggestions based on our session.

Why I do Emotion Code
Several years ago, I fell in love with Belize. The people, the island of Ambergris Caye, the food, the sea, the feast of colors, the barrier reef, all the creatures... all the possibility. Not only is it a place of wonderful family memories and legacy, it's actually magic. Time after time in my travels there, I have experienced something profound that brought me great calm, incredible peace and unbelievable connection. With the universe, with myself. A feeling of release, renewal and restoration -- a lightness of being. The many times I've immersed in the cool blue waters and swam with all the creatures in the barrier reef (including an encounter face to face with a mama manatee), it seemed as if my cares had floated away. I feel lighter and the delicious sense of calm.
So it is with Emotion Code. I have been "playing" with it, visiting it for years for myself and a few others. But once I determined to become certified in the technique and started serving people in earnest, amazingly, the same feelings of contentment floated in. From connecting with another and following the subconscious in pinpointing trapped emotions to the the release and relief of letting them go, each session is nothing short of life changing. There is something powerful to letting go and allowing renewal through the honest gentle process of Emotion Code. As easy as the tides going in and out and just as powerful.
